Return & Refund Policy – Root Essence™
At Root Essence™, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
- You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

2. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items.

- Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- Inspect your package upon arrival.
- If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
- Gift cards, digital products, or sale items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.
