Return & Refund Policy – Root Essence™

At Root Essence™, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, this Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Returns

  • You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at Rootessence@nextlvlbrands.org with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged items.
  • Contact us immediately at Rootessence@nextlvlbrands.org with a photo of the item and order number.
  • Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Inspect your package upon arrival.
  • If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards, digital products, or sale items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship to the return address provided by our team.
